Return Material Authorization (RMA) Policy

 

Authorization from Real Components International Customer Service is required prior to returning any parts. Parts will not be accepted for return unless a valid return authorization number has been issued for the parts.

 

All claims for error, shortage, or damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. All other claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.

 

All parts must be returned in their original packaging, abused or otherwise Mistreated parts are subject to a repair charge or rejection.

 

Once issued, an RMA is valid for 15 days and will be cancelled if parts are not received within that time.

 

Real Components International will refund to the buyer within two weeks after getting and verifying the returned parts.

 

If the reason of return is not due to the quality of the parts, all associated shipping fees for returns or replacements are assumed to Buyer.

 

We reserve the right to deny an RMA at any time.

 

Sales Terms & Conditions

 

1. Real Components Intl offers 30 days warranty for the merchandises it sells. The warranty is void if the merchandises in the invoice are abandoned, broken, modified, pulled off board, or not same as the original it shipped out.

 

2. All merchandises shall be inspected by buyer, when received and all defective items must be returned within fifteen (15) days of delivery. Real Components Intl’s liability shall be limited to replacement or refund of defective items at its discretion, and shall not include any claims for expense or damage by reason of their use. No merchandise will be accepted for return without seller’s RMA. Buyer must inform Real Components Intl for any complaint of the parts packages or quality after delivery before getting the Seller’s RMA. Real Components Intl will not accept any return of parts that over 30 days of the delivery and with no quality reason and test report or engineering report in details.

 

3. Merchandises returned solely due to customer error may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

 

4. Both parties agree that any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved by arbitration within the state of Virgina.

 

5. Buyer agrees to pay all attorney fees and other reasonable costs of collection, In the event that an invoice is over 30 (thirty) days past due, buyer agrees to pay a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) calculated from the original invoice due date.
